Tractor talk with Jake
It’s Round The Yard again! By Alastair Bell
Following fast in the tracks of a fleet of well worn David Brown 1210 tractors built for the November ’16 show, Muddytrac Models are working hard to reveal a batch of blue machines from the Basildon stable on an unsuspecting Causeway Coast of Northern Ireland this Easter.
Once again the team at Muddytrac Farm in north Antrim have cranked up production at the muddy tractor factory to create a proverbial field of dreams for tractor fans who like their machinery – 1:32 scale.
Farm Gazette has been given an exclusive preview of these dirtied New Holland T6. 180 tractors themed ‘Round The Yard 2’ as they began initial preparations prior to processing at Muddytrac Farm by the resident team of ‘little people’
Speaking earlier, Jake the Tractor head of marketing and blog writer at Muddyfarm Models commented ‘ It’s true – some like them blue.’ Tractor purists who like their tractors ‘factory fresh’ will be aghast at the machinery that rolls off the production line at Muddytrac Farm where the finished article is anything but clean. ‘We like them dirty’ said Jake the Tractor who is not long returned from a reception at No.10 Downing Street.

Stay tuned here at Farm Gazette to see how a field of pristine New Holland T6.180 tractors continue on their journey of dirty transformation to become much sought after Show Tractors for the Northern Ireland Farm Toy and Model Show at Portrush on Good Friday 14th April.
Great write-up !
